Refund policy
For a refund, the product must be in the initial condition in which you received it: not worn, with a label and in the original packaging. In addition, you must also provide a payment receipt.
To return the product, you need to contact us within 14 days and specify your order number. After that, you can return it to the branch where you got it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, pyjamas, sleep-suits, swimwear, underwear, socks and tights.
Exchanges
We have 14 day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To start exchange, you can contact us and indicate your order number. You can return your item by bringing it back to the store.
Refunds
If all above mentioned conditions are met, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
